Summer has arrived with a vengeance in Kern County. The Kindness Crew thought it would be a great idea to grab a bunch of ice, a bunch of water, and find a bunch of parched people at a local park. Well, it was a great idea…unfortunately, it was so hot that the parks were deserted. But we knew where we’d find some patient people sweltering in the heat, so we paid an encore visit to the downtown bus station. It was fun to make some new friends, and it looks like the icy water was sincerely appreciated!
